Multi-factor recovery process
If the multi-factor device for your Signature 365 account is no longer available, Symprex must confirm the request before removing MFA from the account.
Understandably, Symprex is unable to remove an MFA token from a user's admin account via a support ticket, as this is a typical method used by threat actors to gain access to an account.
Due to the ability of a compromised account to apply malicious changes to all emails leaving a company, Symprex must confirm in person that any requests are legitimate.
Symprex will contact the company directly using its internal company information to contact you if you are requesting MFA removal from an account. Once the request has been confirmed, Symprex will remove the MFA device from the account.
