Yes, Signature 365 and Symprex are compliant with both the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). When you sign up to Signature 365 you enter into the Symprex Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Symprex processes personal data in strict accordance with the Privacy Policy.
